David Hepinstall
David Hepinstall is the Executive Director of Association for Energy Affordability in New York City. Hepinstall has 25 years of direct experience designing, developing, and managing innovative public and nonprofit programs serving energy affordability, community development, and education needs in low-income communities. He is currently a member of NYSERDA’s System Benefits Charge Advisory Group, the NYC Mayor’s Energy Policy Task Force, the Low Income Forum on Energy (LIFE) Steering Committee, and Vice Chairman of the BPI Board of Directors.
