The HOME PERFORMANCE WITH ENERGY STAR program offers low-interest financing to qualified customers for energy efficient home improvements. Our Building Performance Institute certified staff uses the latest diagnostic equipment and building science principles to help you save on your home heating costs.

We also offer ASSISTED HOME PERFORMANCE WITH ENERGY STAR for individuals who qualify.  Subsidies as well as low-interest loans are available through this program.  Please click (here) to see the income qualification guidelines to see if you qualify.

As part of the Home Assessment process, a $350.00 testing fee is required to perform the energy assessment of your home. Make check or money order payable to Association for Energy Affordability, Inc.
